In order to avoid confusion regarding booking rooms in either The Grange or The Townhall, please note the following:

  • Book room through your calendar in your email.
    1. Go to your calendar, and click on New
    2. Select date, time and duration of booking.
    3. Once selected go to Add a location or a room, click on add room (only available rooms will be shown on the list). 
    4. Click required room


  • If you require any catering, room layout and equipment for your meeting please submit the new form on the Intranet titled Townhall/Grange Room Requirements.


  • Should you have any changes to your attendees/food please email Amanda McBrien or Nicola Nugent as soon as possible to make them aware of the changes, there is no need to amend the Room Booking.


  • Any large meetings/ seminars please book your room in as far advance as possible.


NOTE – Only food not supplied by the canteen for any meetings taking place within the buildings will require a Purchase Order (entered on catering booking form). Please note the canteen will be responsible for all your catering requirements. Please complete Townhall/Grange Catering Booking Form. The full details of the room booking information is forwarded for approval for the Townhall to Amanda McBrien and to Nicola Nugent for the Grange.
