Guide to create an MS Teams meeting with external users
- When creating a ‘new meeting’ only add yourself as the required attendee
- When the meeting appears in your calendar, highlight the bit in the notes section that looks like this:

Join with a video conferencing device

- Copy and paste this into a new email
- Send this email Bcc to all those you want to invite
During the meeting:
- Attendees will have chosen a name (eg just first name) to be visible in an MS Teams meeting and that will be all that others can see
